SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

All prices on this website are in United States Dollars. All online orders are securely processed using Paypal.

Order online with confidence. All payments are securely proccessed through PayPal using the latest encryption technology

Ordering Offline:
If you prefer, you can place your order and supply payment details offline via our toll free telephone or toll free fax numbers.

Order Processing:
If your order is "time sensitive" then please contact us so that we can confirm a "ship by" date.

Guarantee:
We are confident that you will be very happy with the products you order from us. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with any product you may return it for a full refund or full store credit (excluding Shipping & Handling, or any other processing fees) within 30 days of your purchase. For copyright reasons, some products may not be returned (e.g. but not limited to, Video Cassettes).

Shipping Charges:
The rates for shipping within the contiguous United States and Canada are calculated automatically. For shipments to other destinations additional charges may apply.

Returns:
Before making a return, please contact us with all relevant details. Returns must be made within two (2) weeks of receiving the goods. All returns must be in the original condition and returned together with original packaging and any related materials. All returns must be shipped pre-paid (depending on the value, insurance is recommended) and must be by way of regular mail only, NOT by a courier. On the accompanying documentation it must be clearly stated that it is a "product return, not for resale" C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. The returned item must be re-packed well.

Damaged in Shipping:
We ship all merchandise prepaid with insurance. It is your responsibility to inspect the package for any "obvious damage" prior to signing for it and note any damages on the shipping papers before signing. By signing for a "damaged package", you are accepting the contents in an "as is" condition and we cannot be held liable. If the shipment is refused, or it is shipped to an incorrectly supplied address, the customer will be charged  a 25% re-stocking fee, plus shipping & handling charges.

Please note:
All duties, taxes and import fees associated with importing your package, are the responsibility of the customer. We will not be responsible for any of these fees. Please check with your local customs office to verify what, if any, these charges may be.
